Established in 2010 by Lily Head, Lily Head Dental Practice Sales exists to ‘help dentists exceed their business ambitions’ through the valuation, sale, purchase, financing and refinancing of dental practices.
We work with UK based, Dental Principals, Dental Associates, Corporate Investors who trust us, respect our advice and are coachable.
Why EOS
The leadership team wanted to develop their own skills to ensure that they could continue to scale the business and not simply take it to a level which represented their own skill set. Our implementer is Dave Feidner.
We also wanted to create a vision for our business, our team and our clients.
We wanted the discipline to work on our goals every week, quarter, year, 3 yearly and 10 yearly chunks.
We wanted to be able to identify our challenges and deal with them in a structured way.
