ClimateCare is Canada’s largest network of independent heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems contractors. We are 100% member-owned, and we’ve been that way since the cooperative formed in 1992.

Why EOS
We run the co-operative corporate office on EOS and encourage our member companies to implement EOS. It helps us clarify what is essential for the long term, quarterly, and weekly. EOS has allowed us to get more done with greater clarity of purpose. It also helps align the co-operative's operating culture with the operating culture of our member companies, allowing our teams to speak the same language and better understand each other.
