AssistPro® is the Preferred Assistant Service for EOS® Implementers and companies Running On EOS™. We specialize in bringing great people together by matching busy leaders with virtual assistants based on a relational fit. Our virtual assistants can do everything that an in-person executive assistant could do, we just happen to not be in the office. We are known for 3 things: the Right-Fit Assistant™, a Tailored Approach, and Delegation Mastery™.
The Right Fit Assistant is our proprietary matching process which assures a great relational fit for both the client and the assistant. We use a Tailored Approach to integrate our assistants into their client’s businesses, processes, systems, and tools. And Delegation Mastery is a four-step process that teaches the art of delegation so clients can delegate from a higher level. We want clients to delegate responsibilities rather than tasks. If you delegate a task, you will have to go back and keep delegating that same task, but if you delegate a responsibility, all of the tasks that fall underneath delegating that responsibility are now taken care of by someone else. This is how you elevate and increase your compacity.
Why EOS
The foundation for AssistPro was built after Founder, Jenna Spencer, withdrew from the corporate banking world to work from home as an executive assistant supporting two of the first EOS® Implementers. Since 2014, we have been self-implementing Running on EOS, working with an EOS Implementer®, and now self-implementing after graduating with an EOS Implementer.
We have experienced exponential growth at a rate of 50% year over year. We credit this to the tools, principles, and processes acquired through Running on EOS. In addition, our company culture has benefited immensely from one of the core focuses of EOS, which is open and honest communication. We are confident we have the right people in the right seats. Without our exceptional company culture, AssistPro would not have elevated at such an expeditious rate.
