Why EOS
Before EOS, we run doing "ok", but after reading Get A Grip, we knew that we could mature the business. We also knew that we wanted to grow the business beyond the point we were at that time. With EOS, we are able to discuss issues, solve them, and make better decision based on data and not just feeling.
