EOS has helped us as a small business organize our goals and force accountability from the top down. Once we started working with the tools, we were able to hold to metrics that we did not track before which let to make organizational changes which helped with not only future scalability, but also a plan to grow with the business. We now have time to work on the business instead of in the business.
