T. Donovan Creative set out to disrupt the commercial construction industry by bringing owners another delivery option: designpower.
We protect owner’s resources by creating stunning efficiencies in the process and holding consultants accountable to budget and schedule overruns. Standing in as a temporary development department, T.DC manages planning, design, construction, FF+E and occupancy logistics so the owner can focus on strategic growth of the organization. We teach owners how to advocate for themselves and how to make the system work for them.
Why EOS
In 2017, our CEO was building a company in an industry that had no standard delivery process for our business offerings. As the business began to grow and outpace her ability to document, plan, and strategize a standard operating system, an information bottleneck occurred for our entire company.
In 2021, our COO came onboard and discovered that our entire business model lived in our CEO's head. Enter EOS! As we dug into the options that EOS provided for documenting projects, streamlining real-time communication, organizing staff, setting accountability for new work, and even streamlining our weekly staff meetings, we immediately began to scale our business and free up our CEO as the true visionary.
