Support is delivered through annual ‘technical alignment, business strategy, and budgeting’ reviews, quarterly calls to ensure these reviews are aligned to our clients’ goals, network monitoring to ensuring our clients are protected by business class solutions, and a support team on-hand to resolve tickets online and on-site.
Why EOS
We first received the book “Traction” back in 2018, but it unfortunately sat on our CEO’s bookcase for a year (big mistake!). He then read the book on a flight to Philadelphia and after returning to Scotland, we got in touch with EOS and had a 90 meeting with our EOS Implementer.
We wanted to be a “great company with great people” and looking at the EOS framework, we found the ideal system to help us achieve that!
We now have our goals, team, and vision in place to be the best we can be. Using EOS has helped us on our journey, and is a huge part of our company’s adventure going forward!
