RemotelyMe is veteran-owned and has earned several awards including Top 25 Work Tech and the SHRM Better Workplaces Cup. Our founders include a co-founder of a Inc. 5000 consulting firm and former Navy Diver, a PhD neuroscientist, a former NFL linebacker, and the former HR director for the Navy SEALs. We started RemotelyMe to help workers become winners with our visual neuroscience and cognitive AI Software as a Service (SaaS) and apps. We’re passionate about eliminating outdated and ineffective pre-employment assessments and learning & development solutions that can’t measure ten key soft skills–including trust–and are biased against veterans, their families, and diverse, unique, or handicapped individuals. Our CxO Board Advisors share our passion and hail from Southwest Airlines, ADT, Royal Caribbean, Walmart, Udemy, Highspot, RGA Insurance, Suvida Health, and seven EOS Implementers including the famous “Uncle” Walt Brown. Why EOS
Our CEO, Bill Reed, was the co-founder of what became an Inc. 5000 consulting firm with clients such as Cisco, HP, Oracle, SAP, and Visa. During the foundational years, Bill and his partners struggled just like most startups. Years later, Bill read Traction and implemented EOS, which changed everything. Bill co-founded RemotelyMe, which runs on EOS, and as a New York Times bestselling author, wrote the book Start With Who that features a Foreword by EOS Worldwide Visionaries Mike Paton and Mark O'Donnell.
