Three years ago, we made one of the most influential decisions that we’ve ever made as a company.

We had grown from a really small team where I was still DOING the business to having 20+ employees. I had to figure out how to run a business, fast. Being a first-time business owner is like flying an airplane with 30 different controls and if you don’t have your hand on all 30 constantly, you feel like the plane is going to crash.

To avoid the plane crashing, we decided to go all in on EOS. For us, EOS has simplified those 30 controls into just a few and as long as you, as the business owner, know those controls are good then you know your company is good. This has done a multitude of things for our company; shaping the type of people we hire, the data we look at, creating systems that helped form our leadership team, or making sure our whole company understands our vision. As a business owner, it’s helped me sleep better at night.

When other business owners ask for advice, without a second thought I tell them to go all in on EOS.
