Why EOS
PBA has been a family-owned TPA since 1985. When we started our succession planning, we realized how much we needed a plan so our second (and future) generations could be successful. As we explored EOS as an option, it answered almost every question we had about future success as well as past struggles. We all have to create a plan that is specific to our industry, but EOS helped us create a plan that applied better, more repeatable principals to our processes than we had ever experienced.
