Pioneer Industrial Systems is a group of engineers and machine builders set to automate the future by using robots and AI to improve the workplace by automating the dangerous, dirty, and dull jobs. We provide turn-key industrial automation and robotic systems for a variety of industries. Automation helps increase safety, productivity, efficiency, throughput, quality, and profits … all while reducing errors, injuries, downtime, and stress. Robotics are also a secret weapon that manufacturers can use to fight against the shrinking work force, making them able to do more with less. Put differently, we make the machines that other companies use to make their products.
Why EOS
EOS has been a great tool to get us on the same page, and to plan strategically for the future. It also provides a roadmap of how to make that vision a reality, one quarter at a time. It helped us break through the ceiling a few times now and has been a north star to reference during periods of transition. We are proud to be a family business, now with the second generation at the helm; but that brings its own challenges and EOS has helped us work through those and still have lots of fun working together.
