Likeability is a great core value because it's simply saying we want any member of our LocalFi Team to be enjoyable to be around and to work with. Life is more fun when you're around people you get along with! This core value also helps us choose great clients or what we call members of The LocalFi Family. We like to have fun with our clients and build great relationships with them. It’s not uncommon that we may go out for dinner with our clients, drop in just to say hello randomly, or even one of our clients invited us to Thanksgiving which was so much fun!

*Efficiencyholics*
LocalFi is exactly that. A bunch of efficiencyholics. You'll find that LocalFi is extremely systematized, deadline & detail-orientated because, honestly, when you can be incredibly efficient, everything just runs smoother, there's less stress, and there's more confidence in being able to accomplish what you sought out to accomplish and, most importantly, get awesome results for our clients of The LocalFi Family!

No matter how old or young you are, we recognize that there is always room for growth, in both your business and personal life. It’s not uncommon that we may recommend our Team to read a specific chapter in a book or give advice to a client on a tool to help them that we have personally found success with because we know it will help you grow as a person and really make a positive impact for you. This type of self-improvement is even built into all of our training programs for our Team. At LocalFi, we encourage our Team to continuously work on self-improvement whether it's reading a self-help book for 1 hour per week, looking up relevant SEO-related YouTube videos to continuously help find ways to improve our company as a whole and benefit the Team, or finding ways to improve your current skillsets, there's an endless amount of ways to continuously improve as a human being on this planet!

*Helping Others*
At LocalFi, we have a mission that goes far beyond ourselves. Our main focus is to help local businesses all over America, and in turn, that helps strengthen communities all over the U.S. but we always find ways to take that a step further. We regularly donate our services to non-profits in need every year so by helping these non-profits, like One Tree Planted who plants trees all over the world where they're need most, for example, we’re helping them get in front of more people which means they're getting more volunteers and receiving more donations so they can plant even more trees all over the world. Another way to embody the 'Helping Others' core value is to find ways to help your fellow team member. Just like we mentioned in the 'continuous self-improvement' core value, LocalFi also strives to find ways to continue to help our LocalFi Team grow and improve within their role in LocalFi. LocalFi is continuously looking for ways we can use our company as a way to make a larger, more positive impact in this world.

*Pioneering*
At LocalFi, we are continuously pioneering the power and positive impact we can make through our SEO strategies. We are always looking for ways we can adapt and grow our SEO skillsets and abilities. We are the pioneers of Local SEO. 10+ years ago when Local SEO wasn't even a service offered by companies (or even a phrase yet), Isaac, CEO of LocalFi, realized he used Google Maps pretty frequently to find businesses online. One day, while he was at his chiropractor he asked if he could try to optimize his Google My Business just to see what would happen and his chiropractor said "sure!" Shortly after, his chiropractor was SO busy! He had to hire another chiropractor, and even had a waiting list. He saw incredible results and that's when Isaac realized he was really onto something with this Local SEO!!
