What we do is fun, and often does not feel impactful. Through our EOS journey we have a rallying cry in our Core Focus Giving people permission to play and building community where individuals matter through fun memorable event experiences and team bonding. Our team is passionate about living life on the lighter side. We love the fact that we are aligned to give people a safe place to stop the crazy busyness of our fast paced life and laugh, bond, have fun, and feel part of their communities. This matters. Internally we build community as well and every person is seen and known. We work hard and require people to be their best and reward them well for doing so. Our employees are often experiencing their first job and we want to set them up for a future where they are accountable and understand how to be impactful as part of a team.
