We were looking for a way to better focus and grow our business and read the book Traction as a leadership team. We quickly adopted Level-10 meetings to provide increased direction and productivity to our meetings. We worked over the next year to implement all the EOS systems including finally putting our Vision down on paper, developing our core values, and sharing it with the company.
